House Chemicals has extensive knowledge and understanding of process needs and requirements for wastewater and anaerobic digestion. We have several services that can be offered.
Data Analysis
House Chemicals will look at the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or Scada data that has been recorded and offer suggestions for optimisation.
On Site Inspection
House Chemicals will come to site and look at the data that has been collected and look over the process of the plant. We can then suggest ways of optimising the process or identify and resolve any process issues that are present.
High Level Process Design
Our In-house team of process engineers can develop a preliminary or retrofit design for clean water, wastewater or anaerobic digestion facility. This can include for following:
- Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
- Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)
- Mass Balance
- Etc.
